SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Service Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of OLINX, Customer Relationship Management and automation platform, and the complimentary website hosting services. By subscribing, you ("Customer," "You," or "User") agree to these terms.

1. Subscription & Service Overview

OLINX provides a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and automation platform designed for marketing, sales, and business operations. Your subscription includes:

  • Access to the OLINX platform with selected features based on your plan.

  • Complimentary website hosting for one domain (additional hosting and/or site transfer may be available at an extra charge).

  • Shared SSL certificate, uptime monitoring, and routine server maintenance.

  • Basic technical support for software functionality and hosting-related issues.

  • Marketing automation tools, client management, sales funnels, and more.

2. Payment & Subscription Terms

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • Payment Failure: If payment is not received on time, services may be suspended or terminated after a 7-day grace period.

  • No Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in a written agreement.

  • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to update subscription pricing with a 30-day notice.

3. White-Labeled Software Terms

  • OLINX is a white-labeled version of GoHighLevel (GHL), and its features are subject to GHL’s platform updates and policies.

  • Certain features may be limited based on GHL’s third-party integrations or service modifications.

  • We are not responsible for external third-party applications, plugins, or APIs that may integrate with OLINX.

4. Complimentary Website Hosting Terms

Your OLINX subscription includes complimentary website hosting under the following terms:

4.1. Hosting Inclusions

  • One (1) hosted website per active OLINX subscription.

  • Shared SSL certificate included for site security.

  • Routine server maintenance and uptime monitoring.

  • Standard security features (firewalls, DDoS protection, malware scanning).

  • Domain Connection Assistance (Customers must purchase and manage their own domain).

4.2. Hosting Limitations

  • No custom website development beyond provided templates.

  • No email hosting (customers must use third-party email providers).

  • No custom server configurations or unmanaged hosting support.

  • Hosting includes limited automatic backups; customers should maintain their own data backups.

4.3. Hosting Suspension & Termination

  • If the OLINX subscription is canceled or payment is not received, website hosting will be discontinued after a 7-day grace period.

  • Customers must export their website data before termination, as access to hosted content will be revoked.

  • OLINX is not responsible for data loss if the hosting account is terminated.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime Guarantee

  • OLINX strives for 99.9% uptime for hosted websites and CRM services.

  • Scheduled maintenance or unexpected third-party provider outages may temporarily disrupt service.

  • In the event of downtime exceeding 12 consecutive hours, customers may request a service credit for that period.

  • OLINX is not liable for lost revenue, data, or business impact due to service disruptions.

6. Customer Responsibilities & Acceptable Use Policy

Customers are responsible for:

  • Managing their login credentials and keeping them secure.

  • Ensuring website content is legal and does not violate copyright, privacy, or trademark laws.

  • Adhering to email marketing compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

Prohibited activities include:

  • Hosting illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.

  • Sending spam, phishing attempts, or unauthorized bulk emails.

  • Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical business practices.

  • Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt platform infrastructure.

Violating these policies may result in immediate service termination without refund.

7. Data Privacy & Security

  • OLINX follows industry-standard security protocols to protect customer data.

  • Customers are responsible for backing up critical website and CRM data.

  • OLINX does not sell or share customer data except as required by law or essential service delivery.

8. Subscription Cancellation & Termination

8.1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.

  • Upon cancellation, access to the software and complimentary hosting will be revoked at the end of the billing cycle.

8.2. OLINX-Initiated Termination

We may terminate services if a customer:

  • Engages in fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

  • Uses the platform for illegal activities.

  • Fails to resolve a payment issue within the 7-day grace period.

Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated due to violations.

9. Refund Policy

OLINX has a no-refund policy except in the following case:

  • If a customer accidentally purchases multiple subscriptions and contacts support within 24 hours.

No refunds are granted for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction after service use.

  • Failure to cancel before renewal.

  • Account suspensions due to violations of terms.

10. Modifications to Service & Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, and these terms with prior notice.

  • Continued use of OLINX after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • OLINX and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your last active subscription period.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
